Custom Casual Footwear [ Equity Partner ]

What We Did

We acted as UP8’s footwear innovation and product team, working alongside the founder to shape, validate, and execute every critical decision from concept to late‑stage prototyping.

​

[ Together ], we designed the complete product architecture from scratch: uppers, soles, internal cushioning systems, and a proprietary lacing and support solution. We defined the core IP, led development across all components, and built the full technical foundation required for production.

​

We also produced photorealistic marketing visuals, developed comprehensive tech packs for uppers, soles, internal components, packaging, and logistics, and connected UP8 directly with manufacturing and component partners. Beyond product, we supported GTM strategy, investor conversations, and founder execution throughout a 12‑month engagement.
