A technology platform that uses gait and foot geometry data gathered from sensors and 3D scans, interprets biomechanical patterns, and transforms that information into a bespoke, 3D‑printed insole design tailored to an individual’s movement and support needs.

End‑to‑end mycelium material development, working across growers, biologists, material science, tanneries, and end users to create a vertically integrated, industry‑ready material platform.

In-Store Customization
As part of a global event series, W21 Amsterdam brought digital craftsmanship to the forefront. Visitors collaborated directly with designers like The Shoe Surgeon, using 3D design tools and on‑site production to create fully customized footwear, transforming customization from a concept into a live, interactive experience.

We supported VYOO in evolving their platform beyond its initial state, helping stabilize the core app while designing and implementing additional features. The collaboration moved the product from where it was to where it needed to be: technically, experientially, and strategically.
